Users must be of legal age to make a booking for boat tours. b. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. c. BoatToursNI reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at any time for any reason.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellation by User:
- Users may cancel a booked boat tour by providing notice to BoatToursNI in accordance with the following:
- 5 working days or more before the scheduled tour: 90% refund.
- 3 working days before the scheduled tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 24hours before the scheduled tour or no-show: No refund.
b. Cancellation by BoatToursNI:
- BoatToursNI reserves the right to cancel a booked tour at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of cancellation by BoatToursNI, users will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
c. Refund Process:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
d. Modification or Rescheduling:
- Users may request to modify or reschedule a booked tour subject to availability and BoatToursNI's approval.
- Modifications may be subject to additional fees.
e. Exceptions:
- In the case of extenuating circumstances, BoatToursNI may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy.
f. Communication of Cancellation:
- Users must notify BoatToursNI of any cancellation or request for modification through info@charterboatsni.com.
- Failure to notify within the specified timeframes may result in forfeiture of the refund.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. b. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to boat tours.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on BoatToursNI are the property of BoatToursNI and protected by intellectual property laws. b. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from BoatToursNI.
6. Limitation of Liability
BoatToursNI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services. b. BoatToursNI is not responsible for the actions or conduct of third-party service providers involved in the boat tours.
